"NADA" (New Arithmetic Development Academy) is an acadamic research and development institution. We develop new way of mental arithmetic training which is effective, fun and yet challenge kid learners to mentally calculate 1,000 years of calendar within 5 seconds. We call our program "Calendar Arithmetic" which is the world's first of its kind.

The Mental Arithmetic training is the program which the main objectives are to cultivate healthy concentration in kids as the basis and further training them to have concentration and skills in listening, computation and other activities. The training program uses Mental Arithmetic as the basis and using Japanese Abacus (4-1) as a primary tool. Kids will gradually sharpen their concentration and acquire their mental calculation (without abacus) skills using abacus visualization and imagination. This way of calculation taps and cultivate the power of human right-brain functions and helps kids to naturally enjoy arithmetic learning and thus give best results to them.

NADA's training program, aside from using abacus, also uses creatively and intuitively the Calendar System as an extra tool to challenge the kids to calculate calendar. This will promote their systematic thinking as they use Calendar System as a "framework" in calculation training. Truly a step of improvement to mental arithmetic training programs.

Our NADA Calendar Arithmetic Training Program is always supposed to be fun and this will reflect in children minds that arithmetic or mathemetic are something they can enjoy as playing or leaning arts. They will enjoy showcase their skills of calendar calculation and always amaze their family and friends thus promote their self-confidence. We can tell that it is amazing to see little kids mentally calculate 1,000 years of calendar within 5 seconds. Those are outcomes of practicing diligently through courses of our well defined syllabus and training program.
